We represent the owner throughout the project. We bring expertise in construction to the owner while staying independent of the builder. By staying focused on the owner’s best interest, we help provide structure and control, saving owners time and money on complex projects.

Cornerstone’s role is to stand on the owners side of the table - providing the project leadership, procurement support, and technical coordination that most owners do not have in-house.
