We represent the owner throughout the project. We bring expertise in construction for the owner while staying independent of the other companies involved in the project. By staying focused on the owner’s best interest, we help provide structure and control, saving owners time and money on complex projects.

Cornerstone’s role is to stand for and protect the Owner above all else - providing the project leadership, procurement support, and technical coordination allowing our clients to remain focused on their own jobs and responsibilities.
